Refund policy

We are sure that you will love the product you have ordered. In an unlikely event, that you don't, you may return your purchase withinĀ 10 daysĀ of delivery. All you need to do is drop us an email at info@dreamlineoutdoorfurniture.com. and we will get back to you.

Amount: Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the return shipping costĀ (any shipping, packaging, merchant fees and handling paid at the time of purchase will also be withheld).

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a promptĀ solution orĀ replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported as and when it is delivered.

(Our Delivery Person will inspect at the time of delivery with images of defect & damage.)

Time frame: Credits are issued within 7 working days after getting refund form & the item being received and inspected. You will be notified via email when your credit has been processed.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Our refund manager will inspect before making refundsĀ (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

Disclaimer 1:Ā All our products are photographed with lighting & edited for clarity. This may result in minor variations in color & design due to lighting/editing effect which should not be considered as defects.

Disclaimer 2:Ā Most of the Furniture products are hand crafted and polished using traditional skills. Minor variations in color, size & design are an inherent character of the handcrafted products and should not be considered as defects.

Before Delivery

  • An order can be cancelled within 24 Hours of purchase. A cancellation fees of 5%Ā  will be applicable.
  • If order started manufacturing and then you informed us to cancel then we will deduct material cost of items which is usedĀ  and after that we will refund you.Ā 
  • In case of snapmint orders the amount will be credited back to the customer to its original payment method.

The few exceptions that cannot be returned or cancel include:

Clearance ItemsĀ (Any Item under any Sale, Discount, Promotional offers, Free Shipping)

Personalized orĀ CustomizedĀ ItemsĀ ( Any product which is made or altered to match your requirements)

Non-ReturnableĀ ItemsĀ Ā (MarkedĀ Clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
